Why We Exist
Most engineering teams are capable. What holds them back is accumulated technical debt, inconsistent practices, and the pressure of delivering features faster than their foundations allow. AI coding tools have made this both better and worse — more output, but less consistency, and debt that accumulates at machine speed without the right guardrails.
